The client

The Green Boat is a specialist advisory practice, in the property and workplace transformation space.  But rather than drawing blueprints and selecting paint colours, these guys take a strategic approach to workplace challenges, looking beyond the aesthetics to how space can revolutionize your business operations.


The Green Boat focus on helping businesses navigate the complex process of finding the right property, optimizing space, and executing workplace transformations that drive progress and performance. They exist to solve modern workplace challenges by turning your workspace into a strategic asset that aligns with and accelerates your business goals.


In a nutshell, The Green Boat is about making your space work smarter.

The challenge

Our mission was straightforward. The Green Boat, having worked hard to clarify their brand positioning and business offering, were ready to announce it to the world. They were after a shiny new website that encapsulates who they are, explaining their offerings, their process and their unique value proposition.


The Green Boat had also spent some time working with our friends over at Next Brand to refresh their brand identity. The new branding has a playful twist and aims to demonstrate how The Green Boat masterfully fit all the pieces of the property and workplace puzzle together.


So, we had some pretty good stuff to work with. Our job was to bring it all together in a way that was authentic, digestible and made an impact.

What we did

When it comes to websites, especially when you're on a mission to showcase what a business is all about and highlight its value, it is so important to start with content. We like to think about content and layout together, as they often help inspire the other. That’s our philosophy, and the approach we took with this project.


We started with The Green Boat’s business proposal - super detailed and perfect for walking someone through in a presentation, but not exactly the easiest to grasp without the added context and commentary. Our task was to make it easy to digest. We aimed to peel away the layers of complexity, allowing visitors to dive deeper at their own pace, making sure they didn’t get lost in jargon.


Content might have been our first point of call, but design was always in mind. When it came time to focus on the visuals, the stage was set. Working with the playful and bold assets at our disposal, we crafted a site that was slick, professional with real impact.
