We’re proud to share that Kodaa and our flagship platform, ResiKEY, have been featured in a HID Global article showcasing the groundbreaking access control deployment at 101 Collins Street in Melbourne.

As one of Australia’s most prestigious commercial towers, 101 Collins represents the pinnacle of design, innovation, and tenant experience. It was the perfect environment to demonstrate how wallet-based access credentials can elevate both security and convenience for building occupants.

A Partnership in Innovation

This project was the result of close collaboration between the 101 Collins management team, HID Global, and Kodaa. Together, we set out to replace outdated plastic access cards with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet credentials delivered through the ResiKEY platform.

The results speak for themselves:

• Seamless tenant experience – tenants and visitors can now move through doors, elevators, and even lockers with just their phone or watch.

• Enhanced security – credentials are biometric-protected, encrypted, and instantly revocable if a device is lost.

• Operational efficiency – no more printing or re-issuing cards, saving time and cost for building management.

• Sustainability – eliminating thousands of plastic cards aligns with the tower’s sustainability goals.
